Custom Orders

Shipping fees and delivery times for custom orders are between 3-7 days after production.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your order by clicking the tracking number in the email or by visiting the carrier's website.

Damaged or Lost Orders

• If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team at help@elafiya.com as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and replace the damaged product, if necessary.
• If your order is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will make every effort to locate the missing order and, if necessary, replace the product.
